We locally source our metal. Once the metal is procured and stored in our shop. We move each sheet of steel by hand to our 5 x 10 CNC table where our laptop is plugged in to the CNC table. The program on the computer drives the cutter to cut or "burn" your sign out. after your sign is cut out, we then clean them, which usually requires a flap disc grinder to remove all the dross. The signs are then cleaned off and powder coated and ready for their new home.
